Consultation Delivery Policy
GharPulse consultations are scheduled services. This policy explains what happens between your request and the session, and what is not included unless separately agreed.
What is delivered
GharPulse sells consultation services, not physical products. There is no shipping or parcel delivery. Each consultation is provided as a scheduled conversation using the communication method selected in the appointment request.
Appointment confirmation
A requested time is not confirmed until GharPulse accepts it and sends a confirmation with the appointment details. The appointment request form does not take payment. Any payment, if required, is collected only through an authorized checkout shown to you before the booking is finalized.
Session delivery
The Property Sale & Purchase and Business Enquiry consultations are one-hour sessions. The Home Construction Consultation is a two-hour session. The service page lists the outcomes included in each session. A written brief or notes are prepared only as described for that service.
Work outside the consultation
Architectural drawings, engineering, authority approvals, detailed bills of quantities, construction and advertising execution are not automatically included in a consultation. They require a separate written scope identifying responsible providers, deliverables, timing and commercial terms.
Rescheduling and refunds
For cancellation, rescheduling and refund eligibility, read the Refund & Cancellation Policy. If GharPulse changes a confirmed appointment, you will be contacted using the details in your booking.
