A GharPulse Assessment is our proprietary asking-price estimate for a specific property type and size in a given block. We analyze comparable listings to produce Low, Mid, and High values that reflect the current market range. These are asking-price assessments, not certified valuations.

Our assessments are based on real listing data scraped from major property portals. They reflect asking prices, which may differ from final transaction prices by 5-15%. We update data regularly to stay current.

We aggregate listing data from Pakistan's largest property portals. Every data point is timestamped and traceable. We do not fabricate estimates — every number comes from a real comparable listing.

Listed Price is what a seller is asking for a specific property. GharPulse Assessment is our calculated range based on all comparable listings in that block for that size and type. It helps you understand whether a listed price is fair.

We run data collection regularly and display the assessment date on every data point. Typically data is refreshed weekly to monthly depending on the society and listing volume.

Low is the bottom of the asking-price range in that block. Mid is the median. High is the top. Together they show the full market spectrum so you can gauge where a specific property falls.

The Build planner creates a schematic preview and planning selections, not a live or binding construction quote. The home construction consultation provides a written brief, schematic direction and milestone roadmap. Project costs are prepared only after the drawings, site conditions and written scope are reviewed.

Pricing is based on plot size, number of floors, finish quality, and add-ons. Rates are per-square-foot for grey structure, with multipliers for finish tiers. All prices include GharPulse's project management fee.

You pay in 5 installments tied to construction progress: Foundation (20%), Grey Structure (20%), Electrical & Plumbing (20%), Finishing (20%), and Handover (20%). You only pay when work is verified.

Absolutely. The configurator gives you standard options, but during your consultation we can discuss any customization — architectural style, room layouts, imported materials, etc.

Home-project timing depends on design, approvals, site conditions, materials and the contractor. The Build planner is illustrative only; project timing should be confirmed in the written scope and construction agreement.

We vet all contractors, conduct regular quality inspections, and provide weekly photo/video updates. Your milestone payment structure means you verify quality before each payment.

We review all listings for completeness and accuracy. Verified listings carry a badge. We do not guarantee ownership status — that requires independent legal verification.

Our team checks the listing details, pricing reasonableness, and contact information. We may request supporting documents for high-value listings.

Basic listings are currently free. Premium placement and featured listing options will be available soon.

Each listing has a contact button. For privacy, initial contact goes through GharPulse so you can communicate without sharing personal details upfront.

For identity verification: NICOP (front + back) or Pakistani passport. For address verification: foreign driver's license, utility bill, or bank statement (last 3 months).

RDA is a State Bank of Pakistan initiative allowing overseas Pakistanis to open bank accounts and invest in Pakistan entirely from abroad. Funds are sent via international transfer and property is registered under your CNIC/NICOP with full SBP protection.

Yes. GharPulse supports the entire process remotely: video consultations, digital document signing, Power of Attorney facilitation, and on-ground verification by our team.

You sign a POA at your nearest Pakistani embassy or consulate. This authorizes our team or your representative to execute transactions on your behalf in Pakistan.

All documents are encrypted and stored securely. We share your information only with verified professionals directly involved in your transaction, never with third parties.

The appointment request form does not take payment, and GharPulse does not currently offer online checkout. A requested time is not a confirmed booking until GharPulse accepts it and sends written confirmation. Never send card or bank details by email or chat.

SafePay checkout is not integrated with GharPulse yet. No payment is collected through the appointment request form. We will show the amount and payment confirmation only after an authorized checkout is available. Do not share payment details through email or chat.

For a confirmed paid consultation, cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the start for a full refund or one free reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. If GharPulse cancels, choose a full refund or a replacement appointment. See the published Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Each consultation's fee, duration and included outcomes are listed on the consultation page. The appointment request form does not take payment. Any later design, engineering, approvals, BOQ, construction or campaign work needs a separate written scope and agreed terms.

All payments generate a digital receipt sent to your email and WhatsApp. You can also download receipts from your account dashboard.
