Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid consultation bookings offered by GharPulse (Pvt.) Ltd. through gharpulse.com.
Scope
This policy applies to paid Home Construction, Property Sale & Purchase, and Business Enquiry consultations booked through gharpulse.com. Separately contracted design, construction, advertising or other work follows the signed service agreement.
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead
Contact contact@gharpulse.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, Pakistan Standard Time, to receive a full refund or one free reschedule.
Cancel within 24 hours or miss the session
Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before the start time and no-shows are non-refundable. If an emergency prevents attendance, contact us and we will review the circumstances.
If GharPulse cancels
If GharPulse cancels a confirmed session, you may choose a full refund or a replacement appointment.
How to request a change or refund
Email contact@gharpulse.com with your booking reference, account email and scheduled time. Once a refund is approved, GharPulse will initiate it to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Your payment provider or bank may take additional time to post the funds.
Project and advertising work
Consultation fees cover only the published session and its stated outcomes. Any later design, engineering, approvals, BOQ, construction or campaign execution requires a separate written scope and payment terms.
